Job Description

As a Manufacturing AI Platform Leader functionally in the Global Digitalization and Automation department and located in a factory, you'll be part of a diverse group that’s all about learning, growing, and supporting each other—just the way we like it!

Your main focus will be rapid experimentation at the host factory, then productize and scale globally – accountable for end-to-end delivery. We're not just looking for expertise, but also someone with strong people skills and a drive to succeed. You'll play a key role in making a real impact in our value chain.

Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:

  • Global AI & workflow automation use cases: develop, test, implement, scale, maintain
    • Co-design and own/adapt roadmap
    • Aligned with stakeholders
    • Support AOP and VCP processes
  • AI & workflow automation Roadmap: co-design, own, align
    • Experiment, productize, and scale globally - accountable for end-to-end delivery
    • Project management
    • Collaborate with Global Data Foundation Product Owner
    • Develop and Improve Run-books for efficient rollout
  • Ecosystem: select, develop, and manage suppliers
    • ​​​​​​​Support the selection of strategic global/regional suppliers together with Global Procurement and IT
    • Stay updated on the latest trends and practices in AI
    • Align with Industry 4.0 Core Team, Global Procurement, and IT
  • Communication & capability building within manufacturing communities
    • ​​​​​​​Communicate roadmap and digital products in MOS Pillar Meetings to Plant Managers, Industry 4.0 Core Team, and Platform Meetings
    • Control progress, evaluate, and drive digital products

Qualifications

We’re looking for a Digital Leader who is pace-driven, data-driven, and connects fast with others. You’ll need experience with implementing multi-site digital products and the ability to thrive in a diverse team. We’re more focused on the overall fit than a long list of requirements, but here are a few things that would be great to have:

 

- Automation with AI/LLM and workflow orchestration tools (CoPilot studio, Claude, ChatGPT/Codex, Gemini, n8n)

- Project management: waterfall, agile

- Data Modelling and visualization tools like Power BI and Grafana

- Basic knowledge of data engineering and databases (MES, IT/OT infrastructure, OT networks, SAP, vector databases)

- Continuous improvement (TPM, Six Sigma) with focus on Business Process Analysis

- Coffee manufacturing process knowledge (roasting, extraction, drying)
